Roxana Glavanov - (OECD)

Roxana Glavanov is a Communications Officer in the Regional Development and Multi-level Governance Division of the OECD’s Centre for Entrepreneurship, SMEs, Regions and Cities. She leads and coordinates strategic communication efforts that enhance the visibility, clarity, and impact of the OECD’s work on regional development, multi-level governance, decentralisation and subnational finance. Roxana works closely with policy experts to translate complex analysis into accessible messages, guide communication planning and outreach to stakeholders. A Hungarian national, Ms Glavanov holds a master’s degree in political and Institutional Communications from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (France), a master’s degree in European Affairs from Sciences Po Paris (France), and a master’s degree in Communication and Public Relations from Corvinus University Budapest (Hungary).
