Richard Nash is Vice President and Head of PayPal’s Global Government Relations team, comprised of teams based in the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific regions. Richard has managed PayPal’s Government Relations team since the company’s spinoff from eBay Inc. in 2015.
In this role, Richard leads PayPal’s work on key global policy and legislative issues, focusing on emerging public policy to empower people, businesses and communities in the digital economy. This includes collaborating with governments, legislators and other stakeholders on the development of modern financial services policy.
