Michael Flood - (OECD)

Michael Flood is a Policy Analyst at the OECD Centre for Entrepreneurship, SMEs, Regions and Cities where he works in the Regional Attractiveness and Migrant Integration unit. His recent work with subnational governments explores topics related to investment and talent attraction and retention, regional well-being, place-based policy design, multi-level governance, industrial policies and regional innovation. In addition to his OECD work, Michael has instructed a course on Regional Policy in Practice at Paris-Dauphine University. Before relocating to Paris, Michael led a program in Nova Scotia, Canada, to elevate the place of well-being metrics in policy-making and civic discourse. He has a Master’s in Social Policy and Social Innovation from SciencesPo, Paris and a Master’s in Public Policy from the National University of Singapore.
