Dulce Baptista - (IDB)
Dulce Baptista is a specialist at IDB’s Labor Markets Division, where she is responsible for incorporating climate change mitigation and adaptation into the Division’s operational and analytical programs. She is currently working on green jobs and just transition. Dulce also is responsible for the portfolio of the Labor Markets Division in Barbados, Guyana, and Haiti. Before joining the IDB, she worked as a researcher at the University of London, United Kingdom, and the Center for Regional Development and Planning, in Brazil. She has a Ph.D. from the University of London.
