David is Regional Manager for London and South East England and works in the Strategy, Impact and Place Directorate in Innovate UK, within UKRI. He is responsible for strategic stakeholder engagement for innovation and collaboration. Prior to joining Innovate UK, David worked as a government economist at HM Treasury, Home Office, Defra and the Business department. He has an MBA from Henley Management College and MSc Oxford University.
