Jeremy Margolis - (HKS)

Jeremy Margolis is the Lab Manager of The People Lab at the Harvard Kennedy School. He works with the Lab’s Faculty and Executive Directors to manage the daily operations of the Lab and serves as a member of research teams across the Lab’s portfolio of projects. His research interests lie in workplaces and management, the criminal legal system, and processes of diversification and cultural change in institutions. Prior to joining the The People Lab, he worked as a legal assistant at a civil rights law firm in New York. Jeremy holds a B.A. in Sociology from Amherst College.
