Giorgia Ponti - (OECD)

Giorgia Ponti is currently an economist/policy analyst in the OECD Centre for Entrepreneurship, SMEs, Regions and Cities. Her work focuses on strengthening the role of higher education institutions (HEIs) within their territories, including through entrepreneurial education and skills and the achievement of SDGs. She previously worked on gender equality, youth empowerment, and well-being issues within the OECD Public Governance Directorate. Before joining the OECD, Giorgia worked as a research analyst in NGOs, and research institutes in France, Italy and Canada. Giorgia holds a Masters in European Affairs from LUISS Guido Carli University, Italy and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Economics from York University, Canada.
