Eric Pérès holds a DESS in business consulting from Paris-Dauphine University and a DEA in political sociology from Paris X-Nanterre. Since 1999, he has served as Secretary General of FO-Cadres. He was also Vice President of the CNIL from 2010 to 2020, contributing to data protection and privacy regulation.
