Delphine Clavreul - (OECD)
Delphine Clavreul is a Policy Analyst working on Regional Development and Multi-Level Governance at the OECD's Centre for Entrepreneurship, SMEs, Regions and Cities. At the OECD, Delphine is leading projects on regional policy and regional inequalities, including most recently the preparation of the Regional Outlook 2023. She also coordinates the accession process of candidate countries for the OECD Regional Development Policy Committee. Previously, she was the Counsellor to the Director of the Centre for Entrepreneurship, SMEs, Regions and Cities, and a project lead for the OECD Water Governance Programme.
Prior to joining the OECD, Delphine worked at a variety of policy levels, ranging from Paris’ Department of Water and Sanitation to the CNRS. She has a B.A. in Geography and a Master of Public Policy specialised in Geopolitics from the University of Paris 8-Vincennes.
